Return Merchandise Authorization

At Voice & Data Networks, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Whether you received incorrect product or have a defective item, we wish to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Please follow the procedures listed below for any merchandise returns you may have. Appropriate credit will be issued upon receipt and testing of the returned product.

The RMA procedure is as follows:

1. Contact the Returns Department at 1-800-246-7999 or rma@voicedata.com to have an RMA issued.

Please provide the following information:
a. Company Name
b. Item Number / Description of Product
c. Serial Number (Required for new product)
d. Problem incurred with product or shipment
e. Shipping address for replacement (if applicable)
f. Mailing address and contact for Credit Memo
g. Contact Phone Number
h. E-mail address to send RMA form (& Return Label if applicable)

2. Once you are in receipt of an RMA document (& Return Label if applicable) please complete the following steps:
a. Specify problem incurred on the provided line on the RMA
b. Reference the RMA # on the outside of the package being returned
c. Ship product to:

Please note:
- To ensure proper credit to your account, returns must be received within 10 business days of RMA issue date or product will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued.
- Any return that is physically damaged, either due to poor packaging or obvious abuse, will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued.
- Any new equipment must include all components and be returned in original packaging (make sure serial numbers match the box!). Boxes must be unmarked and undamaged in order to receive credit.
- Restock Fees may also apply if the VDN return policy has not been followed.
- Voice and Data Networks Inc. follows all manufacture return polices.
